The 2025 Annual Conference of the Linguistic Society of New Zealand will be hosted by Massey University at the Massey Wellington campus on November 27-28.
Plenary talks will be given by Associate Professor Nicola Daly (University of Waikato, Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato), Associate Professor Hona Black (Massey University, Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa), and Dr Ake Nicholas (University of Auckland, Waipapa Tamata Rau).
The conference aims to provide a forum for the discussion of all linguistic research in Aotearoa-New Zealand. We welcome abstracts for presentations addressing any topic in linguistics.
Linguistics students at New Zealand universities are especially encouraged to submit, and there will be a scholarship to cover domestic return flights for five students – please indicate whether you wish to be considered for this scholarship when you submit your abstract.
To become a presenter at this years conference, you also need to be a member of the society. Follow the link to join the society.
